From Spaz to Educator

            Based on the film an educator teaches a valuable lesson.  In the film Mr. Cohen suffers from Tourette Syndrome and refers to it as his ultimate teacher; it taught him to never let anything stop him from chasing his dreams.  This film shows how an educator does not just teach in a classroom, but teaches valuable life lessons.  Mr. Cohen made it his life mission to being the teacher he never had because he was not going to let “Tourettes win.”  His persistence to become an educator shows how passionate people are to influence future generations with valuable lessons.

            Growing up I always looked up to my cousin, for many reason.  He was the first in our generation to go to college in the US, and he is going to Georgetown Law School.  I look up to him as mentor.  We both started from the same place, and are looking to continue are educational path after our bachelors.  Having someone in my family who has done what I plan to do makes me feel as if my future an actual possibility.
